Awesome for long term storage.
I use this when storing weapons i don't plan on firing soon. Its a slightly thick creamy white gun grease. A little goes a long way. Another good product from Hoppes.

Hoppe's is quality stuff.
I've been using hoppe's products for firearm maintainence for as long as I've owned firearms, and they've always been great quality at an affordable price. It's gun grease. It's not fancy, it just works. Goes on easy, doesn't have an offensive odor, and it lasts in-between deep cleanings without drying out. I only purchased it from Amazon because the local places I normally get it from were out of stock and I needed it for a pistol rebuild.
