French Farmhouse Recipe Box

Description

This is not your Grandma's dull drab brown wooden recipe box, but is stylish and perfect for those treasured family recipes! This French Farmhouse shabby chic wood recipe box features latching lid (most recipe boxes do not have this handy feature) and a wood onlay fleur de lis design. This piece is hand painted on the exterior in a white undercoat with a French blue overlay. The interior is stained in natural pine and the piece is then given a durable wax finish inside and out. This recipe box holds both 3" X 5", or 4" X 6" recipe cards. This item is made to order and buyer customizations are welcome.
