This works very well...much effective Even their customer service is good. Have solved my problem very effectively. Also the product is value for money and the vibration is the best. Size is intact and it's sturdy also easy to use

The product is good and works well. After about two months of use, the display stopped working. I contacted the service centre, and they promptly replaced the faulty part. It is working perfectly now. Very happy with the service and overall product. 😊

Poor service no updates
Product is good. But service is pathetic Rubber & pulley damaged within 1 year. Had to put 3 complaints on the support page n NO RESPOSE. then had to call the customer care Someone got in touch Asked for video. Executive came to check told part to be replaced product in warranty. No update on part No update on shipping/receiving No update on further process If it will be fixed and by when

Nice Product - Works Well. Noisy at Times and Bands Can be Better Quality
Nice vibration plate. A bit noisy sometimes. The bands supplied with it are not much use - poor stretch and resistance; I have decided use my own resistance bands.

Excellent customer service for a value for money product
The vibration plate works very well. Useful in all modes, standing, squatting, upper body and even for relaxation - just for feet while one sits in chair. I got exceptional customer service from Ayan Khan. Kudos to him for helping me promptly with my remote replacement.
