I bought this and within a little over a month ...
I bought this and within a little over a month It broke the SD card reader messed up and would not read any SD cards I tried every kind of SD card out there would not work so Do Not Buy Refurbished or Nikon in this case

This review is more from a user standpoint, and is less technical. The picture quality is actually quite good if you use the camera in the 'manual' setting. The f-stop and shutter speed is easy to adjust, and the photos can come out really nice.

I LOVE this camera! I am still learning its limitations, but I LOVE this camera! Good job, Nikon! The photo was taken without a tripod, just the camera resting in my shaky hands in Night Landscape mode, set to take multiple exposures and combine them into one image. Awesome!
