This 'COPY/PRINT" paper from HP is excellent paper. It is 20lb weight and 92percent brightness rated. When used for copying or printing, the results is sharp, clear, and bright which is great for the brightness rating. The single ream contains 500 pages so it should last for plenty of printing/copying . I have used lots of pages of this paper recently ( a project) and noticed that the paper flows smoothly thru the printer feed without jamming. The previous paper I had would Jam if I would print or copy numerous times. The paper also seems to be brighter then previous paper I had. This is not the top of line paper HP offers but is certainly quality paper. I definitely recommend this paper for the price.

Copy paper is good quality and all it's advertised to be. Buyer needs to make sure they receive 10-ream case, as indicated in product description. What I received was 8-ream case. Was offered partial refund (which amounted to price of two reams) when attempted return/refund. That's absolutely acceptable. Does make me wonder how many times this has happened and I didn't notice it, though.

I’ve shopped around for paper both locally and on line. This is about the best deal for quality printer paper. Other brands I’ve tried either get stuck or jam in the printer. The HP brand seems to work flawlessly. Plus it’s a heavy item so I’m happy not to carry it home from the UPS store or CVS where it is higher priced.
