J'adore, les possibilités sont multiples, tester pour faire un jambon de dinde, délicieux ! Se nettoie facilement (inox) le thermomètre peut également servir à part ! Pour toutes ceux qui souhaitent faire plus de choses maison et qui on du temps ! (La cuisson est longue mais au final ça vaut le coup)

La carne viene ottima, noi abbiamo accorciato i tempi e viene ancora meglio, spesso usiamo i pezzi interi ( collo, spalla, fesa) e non tagliate a pezzi. 48h di marinatura e viene ottimo. l'ascia possibilita di mangiare senza nessun conservane! ora lo proveremo con il polipo!! ottimo acquisto.
