A simple, casual solution for ovehead lighting next to the sofa or reading area, the Corinne Arc Lamp illuminates a space with soft, ambient lighting through an oval shaped off-white paper shade. This lamp fits nicely into transitional, farmhouse or bohemian inspired settings with a dark bronze finish. All Adesso lighting product is either UL or ETL listed, meaning that it has been tested and approved to meet the government-regulated safety standards for the USA.

It looks very high end and the arch is great for lighting up over a sofa or accent chair. It has a very heavy base so it’s not going to get knocked over by a robot vacuum or anything similar. Metal construction as well. Took me 15-20 min to build. Do not listen to the reviews of people breaking these paper lamps. You have to just be extremely careful to make sure the extension frame is grabbing on to the metal frame of the paper shade and very gently apply tension until you are able to hook it. People are giving all these paper lamps bad reviews because they treat them as if they were made of fabric.

As others have said, it’s not super easy to assemble. Getting the arc straight is rather annoying. Additionally. The inner wire you’re supposed to put inside the shade seems like its too big? The shade ripped in like 3-4 places while I tried to get it set in place which is really unfortunate but I was kind of expecting to have to buy a different shade. It’ll look nice though and it is heavy at the base.
