The Guys at Nomadic Leisure we contactable through the amazon support channels and then they took matters personally and connected me via email to support an issue I had using the Victron Multiplus. I got 1 of these and I trying to run 2000w airfry on it and keeps coming up with low battery and battery is 12.8 280ah any reason it want run it ? And the battery is new

Das Victron Multiplus 2 ist in PV-Kreisen bekannt. Und das zurecht. Die Einrichtung ist einfach. Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig, die Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten quasi endlos. Meine Empfehlung als ESS für z.B. Batterie-Management bis zu 14 kWh oder 280A. Die PV sollte dabei ganztägig Energie liefern.

Après 3 mois d'utilisation, gros bruit émanant du haut du transformateur et plus que 140 V en sortie.. Après avoir contacté le vendeur celui-ci m'envoie aux quatre coins du département pour qu'un distributeur local prenne en charge la garantie. Mais les distributeurs locaux vous facturent le test de l'appareil avant de le retourner chez Victron car celui-ci a été acheté sur Internet. Ce qui'ils ne font pas si le produit provient d'un distributeur ayant une boutique physique. Vu que les frais de retour sont à la charge du client et qu'il y en a pour 90€, cela reste plus attractif de passer par un distributeur local mais au final il faut payer pour avoir une garantie du produit. Merci qui ? merci Victron ! On ne mis reprendra pas à acheter cette marque sur Internet !

I have been using these now for 2.5 years in a ESS 3 fase system. Never failed me. I can charge my EV directly from these with 11 KW until the 100KWh batteries are drained. Charging from the grid works nice. Of course there are conversion losses. The devices do produce some heat when operational under load so keep the are properly ventilated or cool it to prevent heat build up.
