I broke the old mop in a whiny, child-like tantrum (I'm 56) and was not done cleaning. Look, I'm not proud of it. However, I looked for the replacement mop, found it easily, placed my order, and was back to cleaning 12 hours later. This system is really the only way I get the clean I need. Nothing else comes close. Thanks for selling just the replacement mop. My goal for 2026 is to not throw any more cleaning supplies.

Love this mop and bucket set . It is easy to set up , the handle is long so help to eliminate back pain . Easy to mop , rinse and dry the floor, also very easy to reach hard spots .

The mop and mop heads are not made to last. The mop handle will crack under pressure when mopping and the heads have issues with the mop attachment. The mop heads fray where they attach over the plastic. When they fray they don't rinse like they should and the plastic will snap off and the attached Velcro eventually gives out. These are made to be re-purchased. I like the sleek design for easy storage but the quality could be better.

Hello, I’m reaching out with some serious concerns regarding the quality of your mop. I initially ordered one in early February, and the base broke shortly after. I contacted you, and you agreed to send a replacement at no charge as long as I returned the broken one, which I did. Since then, I’ve also purchased another full mop with the bucket and an extra mop head, thinking the first was just a one-off defect. I live in a three-story home and wanted a second mop for convenience because I actually liked how it worked—at first. However, all three mops have now broken in the exact same spot: the stem/base. That’s unacceptable. I previously owned this same mop about a year ago, and it lasted me an entire year without any problems. Something has clearly changed—either in the materials used or in your production quality—because this is no longer a durable or reliable product. I’m requesting an exchange or a full resolution. I’m still willing to give this mop another try because I liked how it performed when it worked—but the current quality is not acceptable, and I expect better. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this. Thank you.
