I have been using this with my PS5. I initially tried my Xbox Official Wireless Headset. This worked very well in many way, low latency (almost unnoticeable for me) really good quality sound, and the 3D sound seems to still work. The one issue is… how quiet they are! Like it’s not quite a whisper, but the headphones don’t go anywhere near as loud as they do with my Xbox, and I’ve tried changing ALL the settings etc. nothing worked. I then tried my AirPod Pros and had a much MUCH better experience. All the same with latency etc, but they were considerably louder. So bear in mind that how loud you can get the gameplay etc is fully dependent on the headphones themselves. Otherwise really really good quality for the price!

Just needed to make sure the Bluetooth search thing is on and it will pair and do the rest for you. Win win. I originally wanted to try this with my old laptop because the sound quality wasn't too good and thought this be perfect to try. But as soon as it came and the boys found out this could connect to 2 Bluetooth headphones simultaneously, it was quickly whisked away and plugged into there switch. So having their 2 headsets plugged in with we have not got 2 kids arguing over the switch now lol. Only thing I noticed was I don't know was it just in our case or not but one pair of wireless earphones was alot easyer to connect than the other. One did it right away where it took a few goes to pair with the device. As I said I don't know was that this device's fault or was it the earphones fault. I don't know. What I do know I'd that I don't have to hear there games playing loudly no more. They do connect to airpods, but it seems if there is ever more than 10 secs of silence they completely disconnect and refuse to reconnect without pulling out the dongle, putting it back in to whatever it's connected to and re-pair your headphones to the dongle. This is such a common problem after only using them for an hour and a bit that I refuse to believe they were unaware of this issue. So it seems they knowingly sent out an item that only kinda works but will just serve to frustrate you on how annoying it is and how futile it is to keep them connected to anything. Would recommend looking for another item if you're interested in something like this.

The adapter works very well while the switch is undocked but was very finnicky to set up with my particular headphones (sony over ears). It paired perfectly while it was docked but the sound would only come through while undocked. The connection was perfect and the sound quality was also perfect. The only issue I had was that the USB adapter had to be removed if I wanted to use the TV speakers. These are perfect if you want to use headphones while undocked but while connected to a display it doesn't work quite as well but this seems to be the case for many Bluetooth adapters for the switch.

I bought this so my daughter could chat with her friends on fortnite on the switch. Her headphones are connected but it's still not allowing her to use her mic.

Got this so I could use a pair of bluetooth earphones with a PS5 as the console doesn't take Bluetooth audio devices. It's USB-C, but comes with a right angled USB-C to USB converter, so plugged it into the front of the PS5. Held the A button down for several seconds until it was flashing, then my earphones, and it stopped flashing as was paired. If you press one of the buttons, it changes to a 2nd audio codec. I had to tinker with it for a minute or two but the device then appeared in the PS5 device list. It works perfectly with no issues. The sound is fine too.

Funktioniert einwandfrei mit meiner Playstation 4. Da ich noch einen USB Stick sowie eine externe Festplatte habe, musste ich den Transmitter und den USB Stick über einen USB Hub anstecken. Das koppeln ging ebenfalls problemlos von Bluetooth InEars. Über die Langlebigkeit dieses Transmitter kann ich derzeitig jedoch noch nichts sagen.

This is exactly what I needed, from time to time I have to unplug it and plug it back in to fix the audio sync issues with videos. that mainly happened on Twitch.tv. if you're only using it for music or non-video things I don't think you'll run into this problem. Otherwise, it's perfect for my PC setup. It will show up as a speaker output on windows and you connect your audio device using the Bluetooth function on the device. The range is impressive. I can walk all over my house and it won't disconnect from my earbuds. Solid choice if this is what you need.

I bought this to use my bluetooth HEADSET (= speaker + microphone on Nintendo switch). It doesn't work in that way. It only transmits sound to a Bluetooth device (eg headphone). A separate jack 3.5mm microphone is delivered for the mic functionality!

Compré este adaptador para poder usar unos auriculares pequeños en la PS5, para no morirme de calor en verano con los de tipo diadema, que van con su propio dongle. Estoy encantado, ya que me permite usar los Sony WF-1000XM4 que se escuchan tan bien como los de diadema SteelSeries Arctis 7p que tengo. la pega es el micrófono, que el ancho de banda no da para más y uso el del dualsense.
