good for insulin vials & nice small size for adults too.
This case is not meant for what i bought it for but, i liked the size, purple color and the cause behind this case so i chose it over others that would of probably been fine too. This nicely made case works perfect for my needs and exactly the small size for us adults with small hands. Works perfect for the insulin vials i got it for as well. fits 4 individually sealed syringes on one side (would be more if not sealed) and 2 bottles of insulin with silicone safety insulator thingie covers on them. Still closes up fine with 10ml Bottle it came with in it too which i will use to bring along emergency Karo syrup incase my diabetic cat goes too low when traveling.. for now i am using the case to keep my cat’s daily home insulin in it so when i accidentally forget to put insulin back in fridge when i am still half asleep in AM, it will be in this case which will give it some protection from temp changes and hopefully keep it from going bad on me like previous vial did when i leave it out. at first i wasn’t a fan of the plastic center flap piece but, it will come in handy for putting a thin small cold gel pack in it on summer hot days..

Great quality case for purse or travel
Bought this case for my daughter’s epinephrine autoinjectors. It easily fits 2 Avi-Q or 2 EpiPen (or generic epinephrine) injectors. Material, seams and zipper appear to be extremely good quality for the price. Great buy for anyone looking for a convenient way to store allergy medications in your purse, a child’s backpack, give to school nurse or to hand off to staff at extracurriculars or camp. It has instructions for use of the injectors and a name card with room to list specific allergies. It has a temperature gauge. It comes with a bottle for liquid Benadryl or tablets but I just store the children’s Benadryl blister packs in the second mesh pouch since they would have to be unwrapped to fit in the included bottle. It can be used as a clutch, worn on a belt with the included loops on the back or as a crossbody with included detachable strap. Ended up buying a second one (one for purse and one for school) after seeing the excellent quality.

Exceeded my expectations as the mom of a food allergy kiddo!
I wasn't sure what to expect with this case but it was better than I'd hoped! It's not huge, so it fits into our diaper bag easily and will be easy for my son to carry when he's older. It's bright and colorful and looks like it's made well! The zipper looks like it shouldn't fail me anytime soon. I love the attachable strap-lots of ways to carry it. It had the informational inserts on recognizing symptoms and HOW to administer epi, which is WONDERFUL. I love having a place to put my son's info, including his allergies and doctor's information. I'm also a fan of the little extras like the temperature strip and the label on the outside of the case. I bought separate gel cold packs and those fit perfectly. The real question here was- "Will it fit the cold pack AND his epi pens AND his medicine? If it DOES all fit, how hard will it be to close? Yall- I am SOLD. It fit his 2 epi pens, his medicine, a syringe, his OINTMENT for allergy-eczema flare ups, AND the cold pack. And it was incredibly easy to close, it didn't feel like it was going to bust open and break the zipper at any moment. PERFECTION, I am happy to have spent every penny to make things easier in the event of an emergency. Will probably buy another just as back up. Happy, happy mama! We'll done, Allermates!

Fits Auvi-Q!
Comfortably fits two auvi-q auto injectors and ten children’s chewable Benadryl tablets. I’d like to keep the trainer with the meds (just for educational purposes), but it’s not a deal breaker. If I remove the tablets, the trainer would fit. It’d be a very tight fit, but the case would zip shut. It’s insulated all around except for the exterior tag side, where there’s no zipper parts. It appears to be well constructed. Even the carabiner has a nice, tight hinge. The Velcro’s belt loop is a nice touch, but I seriously do not ever intend to stick this thing on my child. Packed, it’s very bulky. BUT for his teachers, that might work. It’s too large (when packed) to fit in a pants pocket and actually go about the day. The thermometer strip is in Celsius only. But there’s a plastic cover and slip pocket specifically for a thin thermometer strip if you wanted to replace it. I just cut a sticker strip and put it on the clear pocket. The elastic straps that hold the auto injectors aren’t super strong. They hold well enough but probably won’t stand the test of time. The mini liquid bottle would technically fit with everything else, but the strain on the zipper makes me think the bottle would be at risk for bursting. The cap is childproof. Overall, I’m very pleased with this case. I wish there was a 4.5 rating option because of the straps and useless (for me) thermometer and lack of color options. But those aren’t worth knocking it down to 4. I’ll update the review if something significant is revealed during use. Update 11/11/2019: Yep, like others are saying, the orange loop unraveled in a matter of no time. The elastic straps holding injectors in place are loosening. (But to be fair, two injectors are a lot of bulk for the straps’ allowance.)

Best!
I have tried so many different types of bags, pouches, purses and on the go storage for my type 1 diabetes supplies and this is hands down the best I have ever found to use daily. Absolutely amazing and well made, solid and insulated. Not huge and cumbersome, just the right size for all my things I have to tote with me just to even go to the store. So many convenient pockets and spaces to put all my insulin and diabetes paraphernalia…even my phone! So well worth the money and it’s an amazing deal for this low low price.

Previously bought this case several years ago but the design has changed and it does not fit what it used to and will not close. I has a hard plastic insert which does not help! Says product is non returnable so if you want to fit in 2 epipens and an inhaler look elsewhere! Very disappointed.

I bought this on the recommendation of IG PH warrior itsgerrylangan and I'm so glad I did. I'm required to have a go bag to carry back up of all my medication and supplies for my PH and this bag has fit everything, including my spare pump. The only thing not in the bag is my spare cassette which needs to be cold. Not only that everything is so organized I actually have space in my go bag. If you need to carry a lot of medical supplies on a daily basis this bag is the best.

This case is good quality (although I haven’t had it long enough to comment on the durability yet)! The padding is thicker than I expected, which makes the case more protective, however it does result in the actual storage space inside the pouch being a bit smaller than I anticipated. The zipper is sturdy and easy to open. I could easily fit two different MDI asthma inhalers in addition to two epipens. I am a university student and it is perfect to be able to easily throw in my backpack or gym bag depending on where I am going. Also I feel confident that in the case of an emergency the red pouch would be easy for a friend to locate for me within a larger bag if needed.

The quality is top-notch, and it provides a secure and stylish way to carry EpiPens. The compact design is perfect for on-the-go, and the bright colors make it easy to locate. A must-have for any parent wanting peace of mind and practicality. Highly recommend!

Love love love this case! Fits my 2 allerjects (canadian version of auvi Q) and comes with a small pill bottle you can fill up with whatever medication you need. I read other reviews about how the small string where the carabiner attaches decomposes quick so I strengthened it with transparent nailpolish, and havent had any problems with it. It is the size of a small wallet and therefore fits in my purse alongside my actual wallet. Highly recommend, I live in Quebec and it took 5 business days after ordering to arrive.
