This is the best sugar cookie mix for the AIP diet! It is quick and easy to make and the cookies taste amazing!! I love that it is allergen free, I am allergic to many foods and I don't react to this because it is grain-free, egg free, dairy free and soy free! You add maple syrup to make it sweet. I feel the price is a little high but not compared to what it costs to buy the flours contained in it if you don't already have them on-hand. I have tried other foods by this brand too and they are all really yummy! The sugar cookie mix has always arrived fresh and never stale. I would definitely recommend this AIP Sugar Cookie Mix!

Whether you are on a very restricted diet or you have no allergies or food issues at all, these cookies are SO good! I’ve been doing the AIP diet for about 2 months and I’ve tried several recipes from Pinterest for cookies and none even come close to these! My girls who are very picky eaters even love them! They make the classic sugar cookie that has a crunch on the outside and chewy in the middle. I mixed in some homemade carob chips to give them a chocolate chip cookie taste and they are just so delicious! Another bonus is the customer service of this company. The actual owner emailed me back WITHIN THE HOUR when I asked a question!!! They have tons of other mixes and I can’t want to try them all! I’ve also tried the pumpkin bread and it was so perfectly delicious! Seriously, you NEED to buy this!!

Years ago, I cried because I was too Busy and exhausted to find all the ingredients and mix them up and experiment to make me a treat. Fast forward six years later here I am drinking my AIP coffee and craving a treat that won’t wreck my healing to go with my coffee. About 20 minutes later, I have these delicious homemade cookies. I was too lazy to use the warmed maple syrup. I just threw it all together with extra-virgin olive oil. I topped off with a generous amount of cinnamon and baked. Voilà… A sugar cookie was born. It was pretty flipping close to a regular sugar, cookie: fluffy, sweet and amazing. I would love to see the ingredients be organic at the cost of this mix. Hopefully consumer sales will go up to drive the price down and increase the quality of the ingredients to organic- then this would remain the same cost if it went organic.

Enter Eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R, which has changed my life for the better! From cookies to cake mixes (including frosting!) to banana bread, the options are many (and growing). I’ve tried them ALL - and every single one of them is delicious. Even my partner, who is ordinarily averse to anything gluten- or dairy-free, likes them - and that’s saying a lot! And best of all, they’re super easy to make - so you can whip up healthy, CLEAN, home-baked goods with little effort and in no time at all. I highly recommend these products, whether you have dietary restrictions or not!

There ianjust pure joy when I make and eat these cookies. I am currently on a very restricted diet and these cookies have quickly become and filling treat me. The ingredients are clean and it tastes great. It so easy to bake! I always add extra vanilla extract because we all know you measure that with your heart.

Great for a Low histamine diet, strict phase even! I did not have a reaction. The oil amount is way too high though. I tried using coconut oil and had to use a lot less to create the dough texture theyre saying it is to where you can roll it and slice it. So add the oil last and add only a little at a time til its the right consistency. They rec avocado oil so maybe use that instead. Not sweet enough tbh. Add more maple syrup or coco sgar. This mix hasnt really been vetted much they must be a new company. Need some feedback for version 2 or 3. Also be careful w the bake time. They dont look done and might need an extra minute or two. They still wont look done tho but theyll harden as they cool. Chewy texture so thats awesome! Dont roll the bottom w sugar as it will burn the bottom of the cookie. Take the cookie out only when it gas slightly browned on the top. The price is too high. $1.25 a cookie. Id buy the mix again but since price is so high Ill just buy the ingredients and make the mix myself.

Love it! Perfect for AIP diet when you want something sweet. It’s not your typical sugar cookie, so go in thinking you’re getting a pilsbury cookie. It is great alternative when you have a a bunch of restrictions. Easy ingredients and instructions! Quality is 10/10

I have multiple food allergies and have been buying these products for over a year. I don’t know what they changed recently with the ingredients, but what it made was completely inedible. It was a flakey powder consistency that did not bake properly. Again, I’ve been using G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R mixes for over a year and now I will never buy them again. Don’t waste your money! Whatever they have changed to is cheaper and inedible!
