Best kept secret in eye hygiene! I started using this after much research on recurrent styes. Optometrist was no help, said it was due to "aging" and use a hot compress for as many times per day as it took for 10 minutes per time. This went on for over a year with 2 periods when I got stye after stye for months. I suspect this is a perimenopause issue at the root given my age and other changes; it has been resolved for over a year now with no styes using this at least once a day after a 10 minutes hot compress in the morning. At night as well if I've used eye makeup. I also feel like it's helped with my dry eye although that could also be the consistent use of the hot compress. Definitely read the directions and wash your eyes after the hot compress. When I was using this before the hot compress it was not nearly as effective.

I've been using this brand of eye lid scrub for years after my ophthalmologist recommended I use a lid scrub each day. The quality has not changed, but unfortunately the bottle has gotten a lot smaller but stayed the same price (kind of like a "pound" of bacon that is no longer a pound! This stuff works really well if you've got dry eye and perhaps prone to getting chalazions like I was.

Until recently, I had never heard of this product. However, I developed a corneal ulcer caused by severe dry eye and the use of Systane Complete, which accumulated on my eyelashes and created sand like “rocks”. My eye doctor suggested I change brands of eye drop (severity of dry eyes required a prescription) and buy this eye cleanser. It is, indeed, gentle. I don’t notice any stinging and it breaks up the residue left on my eyelashes from using eyedrops at night. The only thing that frustrated me is a large sticker on the back of the product that covered up the instructions.

Great product. My ophthalmologist recommended it. He said I have 'mites' which you can't see unless under microscope, or whatever they call it in their office. CVS didn't have it or carry it so I ordered from Amazon.

I’ve been using this in the morning and at night for mild blepharitis. My eye doctor no longer needs to clear my eyelid oil glands.

Eye doctor recommended and I wasn't good about using the wipes but this makes it super easy to clean my eyes in the shower each day. Does not sting or irritate my eyes and I really rub my eyelids. i use it to wash the rest of my face with no issues as well.

Excellent eyelid cleaner! Cleared up my blepharitis in just a few days from leaving false lashes on too long. I highly recommend this product.

So far, it helps wash away dirt from my eyelashes but maybe my eyelids are just not moist enough, they’re flaky sometimes. They keep coming back.

Since I started using this product, I’ve noticed that even if a stye tries to develop, I clean the area with it and use normal eye drops afterward. Within a few hours, the irritation settles and the stye disappears because proper cleanliness stops the issue at the early stage. I truly feel this is one of the best products to keep at home. Every family member should know about it. Yes, it may feel slightly expensive, but compared to the pain and discomfort caused by eye styes, the cost is nothing. So I would say — go for it. Keep it in your bathroom and wash your eyelashes with it two to three times a week. Stay relaxed and forget about recurring eye problems.

Makes a nice difference to my eyes after just a couple of uses. Great for getting rid of flakes, and helps clear up a little of the redness. More effective than an eye-bath product, although you could use in conjuction with one to boost the cleaning effects, I guess.

Recommended to me by my optometrist to help with corneal ulcer reoccurrence. After use it makes the eye area lovely and soft. Certainly worth it.
