How long will a bottle this size last? How long will the larger bottle last?

The small bottle 50ml is truly a travel size and very small. The larger bottle, which my wife uses three times a week per doctors instructions last a very long time, like months and months it's foamy so you use very little each time, maybe 9 months. In my opinion, the small bottle is very very expensive compared to the 7.25 oz.

How much is 50 ml in American units?

No...NO metric system in the USA...except that for small quantities i.e. medication dosage there is no other choice but to use metric -so much precise and easy!

Does this come with pads?

No pads----I just put it on my finger tips and mildly scrub. It works well for me.

Can this cleaner be left on or must it be rinsed off?

Must be rinsed off. It is a foam - and aftter rinsimg off, your eyes really feel much better.
