This product really works!! I bought it for a thumb nail that would keep cracking in the middle. Doctor's prescribed medicine and it helped but issue came back again, so far with this oil it looks like it is properly healing in just a few weeks.

Edit from my comment below: I ordered this again and like a previous comment said, it is no longer an indigo color so I do think they diluted their formula. I ordered pure indigo naturalis powder (also called Qing Dai) from amazon and dumped about 1/8 tsp into the bottle and am using that now. The indigo naturalis definitely works for nail psoriasis. My nails were almost perfect again and then I got lazy putting it on, and they started getting the psoriasis again.. now I'm using it again and the cuticles are starting to grow back and the nail beds look healthy. Hopefully they change their formula back for people! I'm just going to start making my own with the powder and oil. It will be a lot cheaper that way too. I'll keep it at 5 stars because it was an amazing discovery for me and helped me avoid steroid injections or harmful medication. Why don't doctors know about this?!? Previous review: I have been using this on my nails morning and night for about 6 weeks. It has really improved the pitting in my nails and my cuticles are starting to grow back for the first time in 6 years. They still aren't beautiful but I'm not embarrassed by them anymore. I haven't been wearing nail polish and I also majorly changed my diet so it's hard to say if it's the oil. My doctor said to continue use for 6 months since it takes a while for you nails to completely grow out. This is a much better alternative to steroid shots in the nailbed, or the medication option that isn't great on your liver. One annoying thing about the product is the cap broke so I had to pour the oil into a separate container. It broke when I was twisting it back on the bottle with very little force (torsional fracture).

This is like any oil that you put on a nail. It moisturizes but does seems to have enough active ingredient to help psoriasis. Ordered twice and used many months

I've had my psoriatic nails delaminate for over 2 years, with nothing seeming to truly help. It was not only unsightful, but painful when they reduced to a nub... I found this oil, and gave it a try. And to my pleasure, it began to work right away! I wash my hands often, so only use it once a day, at bedtime...and now my nails are NOTICABLY better!!! The cracks and delamination has slowed a LOT, they are growing out, the deep, to the quick, cracks are healing. I'm very pleased and impressed. I wondered if it would work, wasn't sure because of the cost...but will definitely buy it again. Oh...it lasts a LONG time...several months into application, and I don't need to re-purchase yet, nor probably for another few months. I can only imagine how quickly my nails would heal if I used it the recommended twice a day!! A very happy, recovering, customer! **UPDATE Dec 2023 - still have some left, after using it once a day, every day since May. I am reordering now so that I have no lapse in application. I may have another month left...difficult to judge. I am still very pleased at the improvement in my nails! Just wanted to show that it DOES last a long time! Still a very happy customer!!

It seems to work only if applied constantly, but it does help. It's really just a some essential oils packaged with a handy nail applicator.

I bought it for nail psoriasis and it worked miracles on my nails but I do have to use it every day even after they look better or they start breaking and becoming week but all in all it’s great stuff

It seems to help my peeling nails. The brush came bent and is hard to use. Not a deal-breaker but for the cost I would expect it to be sent with a brush that is not ruined.
