Soothes nerve pain & sore muscles
This model is used by my physiotherapist & I can see why. It's heavy enough & the perfect shape for neck & shoulder pain. It stays in place even as you walk around & bend over. Stays warm longer than any other hot pack I have tried (approx 15-20 min). It's so comfortable, you will forget it's there.

Excellent ice packs
These are the best cold packs. Stay cold for a long time and mold to your limb while cold. I have had this two pack for three years and they are still like new.

the best cooling therapy pack ever!
this is a GREAT cooling pack! It is long enough to cover over the shoulder (just had reverse shoulder replacement surgery) and stays cool for a long time. FLEXIBLE, SOFT, stays in place and exactly what I needed! Decent price too!

Exactly as described
I ordered these for icing after my knee replacement and they worked well. Easily moldable and hold the cold for a good while. They r thick and have some weight but it was ok.

Best ones I have found - I definitely recommend you try one
These work exactly as advertised. I purchased my first one of these in 2011, and it still has nor tears, leaks or other problems. They say it doesn't 'sweat' or frost up, and that is true. They are very flexible right out of the freezer, and stay cold a long time. Made in USA is a plus for me, also.
