I had been using the ones that came with the cover. They failed miserably at keeping it in place. These are awesome. They and the couch cover stay where I put them! Even with my dogs rolling around on it.

These grips don't really grip bit use their shape to hold stretch covers in place. Their rigidity is good for that but they can't get deep enough in the gap between the cushion and arm/back because of how furniture is made now. I managed to keep rotating the tri-corner shape until I was able to firmly wedge it in the gap. Sometimes it's still visible and others it's not. Once in a while, it comes out of the gap and has to be pushed back in. Overall, still a pretty good piece of engineering to hold a stretch cover in place.

This product really does work. I tucked the strips into the sofa and the slipcover hasn't moved since, even with my dog jumping on it. Good product

Bought these to hold new Luxshare sofa covers in place on a microfiber sofa and a microfiber love seat. They do not hold the covers in place as soon as someone sits on them. They are hard plastic and slippery.Save your money and buy styrofoam holders. They too are not perfect, but they are much more effective and less expensive than these hard silicone inserts.

I recently purchased the Slipcover Grips for Sofa and unfortunately, I have not been very impressed with their performance. While I was excited to try these out and keep my slipcovers in place, they just haven't lived up to my expectations.First of all, the silicone material is not as durable as advertised. After just a few days of use, I noticed that the grips were starting to tear and lose their shape. This was disappointing as I had expected them to last longer, especially for the price.Secondly, I found that the grips did not fit my sofa as well as I had hoped. They were either too tight and caused my slipcover to wrinkle, or too loose and did not hold it in place at all. This inconsistency made it difficult to achieve a smooth and neat look for my sofa.But the biggest issue for me was that these grips didn't really stay in place. I constantly had to readjust them, and even then, they didn't prevent my slipcovers from shifting and bunching up. It was frustrating to have to keep fixing them every time someone sat on the sofa.I also have to mention that I am not a fan of the design. The bulky grips are quite noticeable and take away from the overall aesthetic of my sofa. I was expecting a more discreet solution to keeping my slipcovers in place.One positive aspect of these grips is that they do help prevent my slipcovers from slipping off when my dog jumps on the sofa. But even with that, I don't think it's worth the hassle of constantly adjusting them.Overall, I would not recommend the Slipcover Grips for Sofa. They are not as durable, effective, or aesthetically pleasing as I had hoped. I would suggest looking for alternative options to keep your slipcovers in place, as these grips just don't cut it.

Just as expected. Great product

The media could not be loaded. Perfect fit. Looks sharp! Easy to install (after rounding corners - see video). Slip cover was soft & stretchy but these inserts are rigid which keeps them in place. I use them in addition to the small foam cylinders that came with the slip covers for an extra compression fit. Value is good because they will last many years.

I like how they work, everything stays in place for a few sittings on the sofa but I had to throw them away because the smell of plastic is so strong that I can’t be on the sofa. The smell remains on the hands and makes me sick. I thought of putting them inside plastic bags to see if they still hold.
