These Aminos are really complete and they make me train so well, I really feel the difference. I also recover from my endurance workouts better with it. Especially where I train in the hot and humid south Florida sun. There is only one negative, I hate the after taste. It seems as though it's gonna taste good and then after you swallow, bam!!! That after taste. But I know a lot of really good products taste like a $$ and so I will keep taking it because it's a really good product. What i do now is just mix it with a little water and swallow it fast instead of scooping into my water bottle. That's solved the issue for me, and so I train like a pro!!!

This is perfect enough for a great work out and no jitters or even having trouble sleeping. It's taste isn't too bad. But its worth it if you get a good pump.
