Calms your nerves all right
My favourite magnesium brand, maybe the type of it is also crucial in my positive thinking about it (predominately citrate with oxide). It does a good job of settling your nerves down and definitely makes me feel more energetic. I couldn't fault this one.

Easy to swallow
Helps with energy levels and, in the long term. Have been taking now for couple of years and helps keep my body level. No taste at all as easy to swallow capsules, assume may have a taste if capsules break.

Very laxative
Took it twice on two occasions, and had a bout of diarrhea one time, and the second time with vomiting and stomach ache the entire night. It may be the magnesium oxide but it's definitely not for me!!
