Worked so well for all my uggs. Black, grey, chestnut, and sand color. These ones had stains so big I couldn’t wear them. They are def wearable now. I waterproof spray them each year and I think it makes a difference. Can’t be 100% sure though. Makes them feel clean and soft. Honestly worth the money because the kit lasts so long. I’ve used it on 5 boots at least once each and only about 20% done with the products.

This kit works great to clean and protect my UGG boots. The cleaner is gentle, and the brush is soft but effective. It helps maintain the original look and feel. Definitely recommended if you want your boots to last longer.

I used this Ugg Cleaner on my 20 year old tall beige boots. Do NOT use a brush or anything rough when cleaning as it will almost strip away the softness.. Directions are on the back of the bottles, not in the pamphlet. I dampened the shoes first with water using a clean soft towel (it says to use sponge) . Then applied the cleaner to the towel, not the shoe! I scrunched that into the towel evenly and applied towel to damp shoe all over. It took a couple hours to dry (though recommended to wait 24 hr). I applied the protector next, spritzed evenly. Let that dry a couple hours. Then lastly the shoe renewal, spritz and smells lovely. After the first phase of shoe cleaning, it appears to dry stiffly, but I just used suede eraser lightly all over after it dried, and it does “fluff” or get softer again.. I approve :)

If you own a pair of UGGs, the UGG Shoe Care Kit is a must. I wasn’t sure how much of a difference it would make, but wow—it totally brought my boots back to life. The brush and scuff eraser are surprisingly effective, especially for getting that soft, fluffy look back. Everything is really easy to use and doesn’t have that overpowering chemical smell some products have. Honestly, it’s worth every penny to keep your UGGs looking fresh and lasting longer. 10/10 recommend, especially if your boots have been through a few seasons!

I've had my Uggs for about 10 years now. These boots were a gift from my husband for our 7 year wedding anniversary. I was going to give up and buy a new pair since they were old and dirty but figured I'd try cleaning them first. I wish I took a before picture of them. There were gross water and salt stains on the toes from not spray protecting them for the past few years. To my surprise, they look great! Not brand new, but 100 times better than before. For anyone who invested money in Uggs, and we all know they are not cheap, I definitely recommend getting this kit and keeping them looking fresh and clean as often as you can. Highly recommend using the protective spray on a new pair before they get dirty.

Once the seal is removed, the cleaner will leak all over since the cap is not sealing the container. The instruction on the Cleaner (#2) says to use a sponge. The sponge, however, is not included, which is ridiculous because it's supposed to be a "care kit". The eraser is attached to some sort of non-porous brick that could be perceived to be a sponge by many, further adding to confusion. The official video shows them using an actual sea sponge for cleaning. Weirdly enough, some copy-cat kits are showing to use that brick with cleaner applied, I guess they are also "victims" of this total confusion by UGG. There is a manual attached, but no pages are in English, because those are on actual bottles, which is yet another time-wasting misstep by the manufacturer. Also, why label protectant as (#1) since it's clearly not a first step, the cleaning is! Overall, the kit is working (kind of), but it is so poorly designed, and the lack of a sponge is plain cheating. I love UGG for their shoes, but definitely not for their cleaning kit. More like "UGH..."
