This is my second time purchasing this electric blender bottle, and honestly, that itself says everything. The build quality is outstanding—it feels solid, premium, and extremely durable. This electric protein shaker is a complete joke. I used it twice—TWO TIMES—and it already stopped working. The battery still charges, the light comes on, and it pretends to be alive, but the shaker itself doesn’t turn on at all. Just sits there doing absolutely nothing. What’s the point of an electric shaker if it becomes a glorified plastic cup after two uses? This is the definition of cheap, poorly made junk. Clearly built with zero quality control and designed to fail almost immediately. Save your money and your sanity. If you’re considering buying this, don’t. You’d be better off shaking your protein with a spoon than relying on this overpriced piece of trash. One of the worst purchases I’ve made. Completely unacceptable.

This is a great piece of kit for people who drink protein shakes. It makes taking protein shakes anywhere really easy. Just add water and press the button and you get a properly blended protein shake without the lumps you get from manual shaking. I bought mine just over 10 months ago and I can also confirm that customer service were great when it stopped working. The motor was fine but stopped spinning the mixer. Voltrx replaced the item immediately - no quibbles - although I'd contacted them to ask them how to fix the problem not to replace it. They give a 12 month warranty and stand by it.
