Used/Refurbished Dell Optiplex 3020 minitower PC
The delivery was early, not left on the doorstep and handed over by a very pleasant and polite delivery person. Excellant. The PC was packed very neatly in a strong cardboard carton using bespoke preformed bubble plastic which ensured the the item eas very secure in transit and was easy to unpack neatly without spurious packaging bits being left around. Excellant, The PC was without keyboard(expected) but included a new power cable and a Wreless pc adapter (not expected). The package had little in the form of instructions but was quite easy to set up using own monitor with cables and connection for the internet. Windows 11 loaded quickly and I was soon able to load my personal software and files and connect to the internet. I have now used this computer for several weeks and it has performed impecably being very fast to load up and shut down and provide excellent service on the internet. The overall sales package is lacking documentaion both technical sales details, but the rest is so good that points ahould not be deducted. The presentation and performance of this of this PC are outstanding and the price is excellent value for money. No Complaints and I would but from them again if the tell me where thy are.

A bargain Win11 PC.
"Windows 11 Pro Optiplex Core i5 Series Desktop Small Form Desktop Tower PC (Intel Quad Core I5 4570, 8 Gb Ram, 120 SSD), (Renewed)" - a bit of an impulse buy and worth a punt for just £72 - turned out to be an absolute bargain! and a stopgap pc until I do a Win11 PC build (for better graphics/storage options) - I'm still on Windows 7! which is no longer security updated by Microsoft and is becoming more of a risk for online usage and so I saw this Dell mini-PC as a cheap way to familiarise myself with Win11. The images of the item didn't all match (different models I guess). From the description it is exactly what I got apart from the CPU being the slightly faster i5-6500. But I also wanted one with old-style PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports (shown in one of the images) which is just what I got - some of these Dell PCs offered don't have these so may be luck of the draw(?) - mine is the 7040 model - it has no VGA (or DVI) ports but does have 2x Displayports and 1x HDMI port (some models don't have HDMI), and plenty of USB ports (rear has 2x USB2.0 plus 3x USB3.0, front has 2x of each). Working DVD rewriter is a bonus. Delivered the very next day, well packaged. Came with little wifi dongle which set up quick, and a Displayport to VGA cable allowing me to quickly check it out with a backup monitor without having to hunt around for yet another cable. Booted up _very_ quickly. Windows 11 now requires that you have a Microsoft account (hmmm...) and once the (OOB) setup was completed the Windows 11 updates installed ok without any problems. The Win11 key is apparently embedded in the BIOS. Device Manager showed no issues. Event manager showed some issues (unsurprising) but nothing major. There appears to be a TPM2.0 module within (Trusted Platform Module - security feature), hardware which Win11 appears to require. After a week or two of updates a few more things popped up in Event Viewer requiring some internet research to sort. A driver update also seems to have caused the Memory Integrity protection to not function due to "incompatible driver" - as this is related to the onboard graphics I've not fiddled with it(!) - as far as I can ascertain it's not a major problem for us non-commercial users with not-always on PC with 24/7 online connection and is just one of a number of Win11's security features which, by all accounts, is much improved along with its built-in antivirus (so apparently no need for third-party antivirus). Six weeks on and all looks pretty pukka so I am very happy with this purchase. PS. Should've mentioned that mine came from Level3Computer.

Quality Dell Upgrade
I decided to purchase another PC with Windows 11 because my old Rig was on Win 10 and couldn't upgrade the OS due to a compatibility issue ( Which I won't bore you with! ). The description was adequate and conveyed the necessary information. Anything else you wanted to know you could e-mail the seller or for faster results research the info yourself. It arrived a day early!!! Brownie points there and on a Sunday. Was not expecting that at all. Upon receiving the package from the delivery driver the first thing that I noticed was a lot of movement inside. That was concerning given the nature of the item. So, I opened the box and it was wrapped in 'popped' bubble wrap!! What was going on there? No securing inner packing to stop movement. Hence 4 stars. The tower itself is smaller and lighter than my HP 8300 Elite so that was a surprise. It is really quiet too, just a gentle hum in the background. The processor was faster than I was expecting too. I was looking at around 3.2Ghz turned out to be 3.5Ghz and Quad Core. Bonus. The memory is small on purchase only 8Gb but more than capable of handling multitasking. It only has two memory slots ( because of it's compact size ) so memory expansion is not doable just straight memory upgrade instead. For example: swapping out the two 4Gb for two 8Gb instead to give you 16Gb and so on. The build of the tower is solid with a quick screw lock system to secure the side panel. This can be finger released and tightened to give you access to the inside. The OS takes a bit of getting used to in terms of the UI ( if you have been plodding along with Win10. which I have been! ) It is stored on a 120Gb SSD which is quite small, So you may want to invest in extra storage if you are handling mixed media like videos and photos. From a gaming point of view it will be as you need to be based on what you want out of it. However, it's not built for 'Brute Force' gaming with it been solely built for the business world. So that's it. Hope that helps?

It's Windows 11 but not as we know it. DON'T BUY!
When I bought this PC in December 2023 it was great, exactly as advertised. The USB wifi dongle was missing, but I had some anyway, so didn't bother asking for one. It was doing all the Windows updates, was very fast, and really, didn't give me any problems. I was so happy with my PC that I didn't realise it stopped updating in October 2024, 10 months after I'd bought it. Yes I should have noticed this, I could have returned it under warranty. But the PC was working so well I totally missed that the updates had stopped. I've just contacted the seller and have more or less been told to go away, it's out of warranty, tough luck! I only wanted good advise on what to do, and maybe they could help me. I ran the Windows 11 compatibility checker and, to my horror, was notified that my PC can't be updated to Windows 11 as it doesn't meet the minimum criteria. So, why would the seller advertise a Windows 11 Pro PC if they know the Windows 11 software they've installed isn't going to continue working with security updates after a certain time? I'd have been better just sticking to my old Windows 10 PC until that runs out in October 2025. As far as I can see, nothing can be done to fix my PC, the seller fully knows this, and refuses to do anything about it. Yes, it's running Windows 11, but it's totally insecure. If the seller contacts me to put things right, I'll happily ament this revue, But in the meantime I say, DON'T BUY ONE OF THESE PCs, you'll have massive trouble sooner or later. Yes they are cheap, but to get one if literally throwing away your hard earned cash.

Great machine, great price, great seller.
I needed to upgrade to Windows 11 owing to support ending for Windows 10. This was the best option, a renewed Dell. My Windows 10 is a refurbished Dell and has had no problems in 5 years. So far same with this and I fully expect it to operate as it should. So I am happy with this seller, happy with my PC. Great service, no problems, no fuss. Excellent all round.

A linux experiment - success
I bought this PC was not because of windows 11 but to run Linux mint, the spec of this machine is excellent and runs Linux faster than any new windows 11 system and is comparable with my 12 months old Apple Mac. Delivery was brilliant and the cost was pitched just right.
