Just message the seller through Amazon nd they will send new links. Be prepared you can take up to 45 days to get the spare links and communications were not the best. However, I have had my bracelet for almost 2 years now and it's really well made. I have a tendency to break bracelets a lot doing gardening, yard clean up, camping, etc. This one doesn't even show scratches. I've worn it everyday eccept maybe have taken it off 2 or 3 days/times when I wore necklace that didn't match. It's never even fallen off. Once I finally got the larger size it was very worth it.
