Great supplement for inflammation
This is my second bottle. I don't take it on the regular but add it to my daily routine when i have inflammation flare ups...like hip pain specifically. Do note, it's not a miracle quick fix or a standalone supplement. It does take a few days to start feeling the effects but historically, lesser flare-ups without taking Cat's Claw takes much longer to resolve. I should also note that like many glycerites, this one is pleasant to take. While directions are the same with alcohol based tinctures, and i assume it is to dilute to mask the taste, it really is not necessary with this since it has a sweet flavor. I just dispense right under the tongue. Side note, i really like that this product is from a super local small business just a few miles away.
