Our old hose was leaking water slowly. Ordered this one and it was so easy to install and replace. Works great and no more leaking under our sink! So glad I found this one after wasting a trip to Ace Hardware and Home Depot which didn't have a compatible replacement.

The product was readily identifiable and correct for my purposes, priced fairly, good quality, and delivered by Amazon in less than 24 hours on Labor Day. Now THAT’s American Capitalism at its best. Thanks to everyone, our kitchen sink is back in service. And that is a big deal!

Correct length and both ends fit perfect in my Moen pulldown. Easy to install. I hope it is better quality than the original: the Moen first started leaking inside the cabinet (quite a mess, the faucet is only 6 years old - i glued it and it was ok for a few weeks then a few weeks later it ALSO leaked at the top!) Considering how many people have problems like this I guess it is considered 'normal'. I tried to call Moen but it takes forever to get someone on the phone. Make sure you order the correct length...

Our kitchen faucet hose had started to leak. I did not know what brand it was. The description on the Amazon site, and pictures helped me decide to order this model. The hose arrived when expected and in five minutes the new hose was installed. It was the same size as the old one, and had the same top collar. I was happy to have a faucet that did not leak and spray water all over the area.

Worked fine for around 6 months or so, then started developing a very slow leak. By 9 months, we had to put a paper clip at the end to keep it from leaking into our cabinet from the swivel joint. I reached out to customer service, who was fairly responsive to their credit. They kept asking me for more and more info about the failure, photos, videos, measurements, etc. once I provided info over several rounds of questions that continued down the path of irrelevance, they said they could give me $10. I pushed back and asked about the 2 year warranty, but nope… $10 was the best they could do. Don’t bother. Just spend the extra money and get a decent part from a known company. Learned my lesson.

Perfect match for my pull down Moen kitchen faucet. So easy to install. I used a flexible tape to measure the length to order. If you don’t have one, I recommend taking the old hose out first to measure and ensure you get the right length.

The fitting on the hose is a little bigger than the old one causing it not to cradle and the Fossett

Has been installed for a while now and is working great. I don't see any signs of wear or leaking and it extends or retracts with ease. I like the braided nylon style texture.
