Does it help the body? Is the effect of improving low back pain obvious?

The effects are very real. It helps significantly while you are wearing it. I usually use it when I have many chores to do or there is lots of standing or moving around. I have no pain while using it. If I didn’t use it I would be very limited in my abilities and have to take many sitting breaks.

does it correct your posture?

This didn’t do the job for me, but everyone’s issue is different. I found it difficult to put on tight enough without help from my wife. I have lower back pain and it did not help that or my posture.

I am 5' 11" I weigh 195 36" waist, what size should I get?

I don't have an answer. I do know the item is adjustable--and easily returned for another size. Great for back pain and posture.
