I received my Bitmain Antminer L3+ to which when I pulled it out of the standard ESL packaging I heard suspect component rattling. Upon further inspection of the internal components, it was noted that this is by design as the cards are in slots and move freely which is acceptable. I did notice that these Antminers are not assembled or maintained by any ISO standards. There is a considerable amount of dust on all components and I am very leery of powering it on to verify operability. I would be cautious in purchasing this equipment now and in the future.
