Does this product stays clear or does it turn yellowish?

I've used it on paintings, and it stays clear. I only noticed a slight yellowing when trying it in thicker applications (over 1/2 an inch). But, if you apply it in several thinner layers, letting it dry between each, it was crystal clear.

Plan to use on an outside table - Gets half sun and half day of shade. Using over boards that are stained and Sikens coated. Only problems with that

Should not matter as this material hardens like 50 coats of varnish and sunlight should not hurt it. I use it on guitars,tables ,signs whatever just make sure you mix it per instructions and I use a heat gun to get out bubbles it works better than a torch.

Can Envirotex be poured over an already existing polycrylic coat, or does it have to be sanded first? How many sq ft does the gallon size cover?

Normaly the previous coats melts with the new ones, the surface should be very clean and dry. You can add a thin layer first, a second one 24 hrs. later and to avoid bubbles use the gas torch. I would'nt recomend sanding, porosity will create a lot of bubbles. In the Envirotex's web page there is a chart which shows amounts of Pour On per sq ft.
