I use this a lot as an Advanced First Aider and it's much, much better than the standard kit I'm given. My team mates are always asking to borrow mine when we are out at various events taking manual BP. A bit bulkier than the cheap ones to stuff in your cargo trouser pocket but the sound is clear when listening to a brachial pulse, outside at a noisy event. It's been stuffed into a pocket and occasionally dropped or stud and still works fine with no obvious damage. Worth the extra money. Just need to convince my mates to buy their own!!
