Hello, I ordered the 152.404.46.1 kit and it hasnt arrived. Can someone tell me whats going on?

What is your order number? Thank you, Scott Besser Decorative Plumbing Pros

Do i need buy mounting brackets separate or they come with carrier frames ?

If you are buying geberit frame, it should be there, if you look up the parts in the description, that should help. Hope this helps.

This kit seems to be missing the o-ring where the "fill tube" inserts into the carrier. I assumed this kit had all the gaskets, how can i get the othe

The kit should come with all the gaskets. You got a bad kit. Send it back and get another one.
