I am a professional millwork installer that does everything from commercial millwork to custom homes and this tool is very accurate and saves me so much time. Normally I would spend the time to make a custom jig for each pull (handle) size for each project which means up to 5 jigs per job. Now I set up the jig for 1 size, run through and drill out all of the doors with that size, then do drawers of the same size pull. Rinse and repeat for all different sizes. It saves me so much time, is accurate and repeatable. Yes, it's pricey but well worth the investment for sure. If you are looking for the best, this is it!

This jig is amazing. I am a professional carpenter and install 100’s of kitchens a year. This jig makes the task of laying out and drilling holes for pulls and knobs fast, easy, and fool proof I will even let an apprentice use it once I have set it up. The jig itself has almost no learning curve and is well laid out and user friendly. It is easy to move between drawer faces and door even between single pull knobs and back to large draw pulls. I will never install a kitchen with out this jig again

With such a lofty price, I had high expectations. Upon opening the case, I noticed the "Rapid Center Extension" was only 15 7/8"/403mm length, as opposed to 17"/435mm as depicted in the photo. I called customer service during business hours & it wouldn't connect. After 7-8 tries, 2+ hours later, I was finally able to leave a message... A rep returned my call & said their Google Voice was down. They should have someone available during business hours & a better answering service. He explained the photo was outdated & that I got the new size. True Position should be improving their products, not devolving them. They only made the Rapid Center Extension smaller to save $. I'll be returning this & finding/buying the previous, superior version...
