This thing does magic! I had problem with my back muscles for over 15 years. 5 minutes on this matt every day makes my muscles relax the way nothing ever could (I bought this super expensive chair - no benefits , I also had a massaging matt- also nothing good came out form using it . I was going for massages by human - relaxation for the time being but nothing beyond). Is so much worth to spend those couple of ponds on it ! I bought one for my mom too . She’s watching TV on the matt and has a head roll under her sore leg (poor circulation). Her feedback is also great. Her leg feels lighter and is less sore in general. I recommend it to my brother too (problem with lower back) and he’s also amazed how well that works for his body . Next buy is my second brother who works physically and his muscles are all tense- I am sure he’s gonna love it too but so far this review is actually from 3 people : me, my mom and one of my brothers. Amazing ! So simple but sooo helpful! NOTHING better you can buy . The only better things is chiropractor but this matt will not disturb and you cen get in it any minute you feel tense or stressed or in pain .

I have been targeted by ads for a shakti mat for a few months now so I thought I would take the plunge! The item arrived well packaged with the mat and pillow in a handy bag. The mat does feel a little bit cheaply made but for the price I think it is fair. As for the health benefits of using it, I am not sure there are any. I lay on it before bed for 20 minutes and then go to sleep. I don't know if there are health benefits but it feels nice and it is relaxing so for me its a positive!

I brought this on a whim so didn't go expensive as I didn't expect to use it often! But I love it and have used it regularly for a couple of years now

Good value for money - the plastic spikes are strong - I’d recommend the pillow for the neck & under knee

I check every time to see if I am bleeding because the small, sharp spikes are smaller and sharper than my other mat which I got from Aldi. I understand the fact that it is a bed of nails but it shouldn't feel dangerous to the skin. I will stick with my Aldi mat, more comfortable without the worry and it makes my back red without making it sore.

I love these mats and helps with any tight muscles, back ache or general stress and tightness in your body. Takes a while to get used to but once you do you won’t look back. If find it best with a bare back, don’t get the full effect with a top on. The first few minutes it’s does hurt but once you get past that, you will feel warmth then relaxation will kick in. I have fell asleep on it it’s that nice. The worst bit is once you come off it as find that hurts more then the actual mat itself. Use for half an hour before bed and you will get the most relaxing good nights sleep ever. Can not recommend enough

Good product for its money. Pins are sharp enough for beginners but for me we’re fine - I am used to such things. So fell asleep on it :/ love the feeling of blood circulating afterwards. Neck felt better, but don’t also expect mug miracles - this product is more in addition to all other ways and methods of relieving neck pain. Both the Matt and the pillow cases are with zippers, so can be washed. I awarded 4 stars because the insert is very simple synthetic material (not memory foam or smth similar). But for this price it sure can’t be a memory foam. So all is fine!

I love this product. So much so I’ve bought many as gifts. It helps to relieve my back pain and eases anxiety. It relieves tired feet after a day in heels (or night dancing) I stand on it while brushing my teeth and often use the pillow whilst reading l, watching TV or meditating. It’s fantastic for incorporating into your life.
