How do you feed 3 sticks with this antenna since there’s only 1 connector and can’t find a 4 way splitter?

Hi I guess you could use a 4-way splitter like the YCM-1004DS and just create short cables from the out ports of the spiltter to each stick!! It will result in attenuation, but that is the way of life with passive splitters.
