Our old one just started falling apart. Saw this on Amazon and it came in a timely manner and is super heavy duty. It should last for a very long time. I contacted the seller and they indicated this is to be expected as I didn't purchased the finished steel product that they sell. But now after I have returned this item I can no longer find their finished product! They are either sold out or no longer carry this item. Which would obviously be most frustrating to say the least! I posted this question so let's see what kind of answer I get.
