The opener works like it should. Just be advised that it may not fit the framing of your greenhouse. My daughter's greenhouse has a window that could be opened manually, but she's not at home when it needs to be opened or closed. This opener helps her keep her plants safe and healthy. But, the narrow window frame couldn't accommodate the opener's bracket, so I trimmed it a small amount and drilled new holes for the mounting screws.
