can this oil be used for cooking? I bought it but it says external use only!

Being a Bengali we use a mustrad oil in many of our fish preparations. We also use a dash of it in some of our salads and snacks like Indian spicy puffed rice. For the last thirty years we have bought mustard oils from Indian grocery stores. Only now we have started getting it from Amazon. All the brands of mustard oil uses this External Use Only on the labels. In my view its only because of it didn’t go through the process of FDA approval.

Bhorta 101 must have mustard oil

Desi Bhortas are incomplete without shorisha oil. Packaging was great and the convenience made me really happy with the purchase.
