I have the 60”. when folded down, the tripod part is still nearly 40” long which is too long to easily transport: how can u break it down shorter?

It is essentially the size of the screen height, so about 50” for the 100” diagonal 16:9. The screen material is rolled up on a pvc sleeve and the screen is the tallest element.

There is a stripe of missing coating running from top to bottom on one side of the screen. Everything else is fine. Can I get a replacement screen?
