I have the 60”. when folded down, the tripod part is still nearly 40” long which is too long to easily transport: how can u break it down shorter?

Dear customer, according to our design, it cannot be broken down further.

What's the length of the carrying bag?

It is essentially the size of the screen height, so about 50” for the 100” diagonal 16:9. The screen material is rolled up on a pvc sleeve and the screen is the tallest element.

What is the maximum height from the ground to the bottom edge of the screen for each screen size (60"/80"/100")?

Thank you for asking. The maximum height from the ground to the bottom edge of the screen for each screen size (60"/80"/100") are 109.3cm/96.2cm/84cm, and minimum height are 56.5cm/44cm/30cm.

There is a stripe of missing coating running from top to bottom on one side of the screen. Everything else is fine. Can I get a replacement screen?

Dear Customer, sure, you can get replacement, please send message via Messages tool in Amazon, so that we can get to know your order information, thanks.
