Pigeons we now have birds that can spy for snipers and honestly it’s a great addition. Loving shins backstory. Want to hear more about lu’s story. Honestly shocked how Mr. Sakamoto isn’t my fav character. Pigeon boy is now my favorite

Strapped for cash and looking for a quick payout, Taro Sakamoto and Shin decide to enter an airsoft tournament in hopes of securing a million yen prize. When a not-so-sharpshooter names Heisuke worms his way onto their team, they may be getting more than they bargained for when he reveals that he's been looking for a different high-stakes prize - the bounty on Sakamoto's head. Outside the mall, stranger things come in search of Shin, leading the gang to a secret lab that may shed light on the mysterious forces behind Sakamoto's troubles and the source of Shin's powers. Straight shooting won't save the Sakamoto crew this time, but they may be able to pull off a win with some quick thinking (or mind reading). There's nothing I love more than a character who's just a silly goofy guy and also a lethal assassin, so I really enjoyed the side quest airsoft tournament and the introduction of another stray to enter Sakamoto's ragtag found family roulette. I also enjoyed getting a little more of Shin's backstory and can see the potential for things to really start cooking in the next few volumes, especially with the introduction of even more mysteries and some certified baddies. Another fun mix of slow-burn plot and slice-of-assassin-life goodness here, now with more pork buns!

Nice quality

Nice look at Shin's past with a trip to the Lab. The battles are fantastic, and Lu is waiting to be rescued.

Volume 3 barrels through with the introduction of Heisuke, quickly followed up by us heading towards the lab that gave Shin his powers which is under control of the a mysterious organization. Also there's a dude with a deer head! What more do you need?!

This is really where it starts getting extremely good. Amazing art as usual.

Story get intense with the introduction of the sniper character
