I can't get enough of these chocolates - they are like crack! The smoothness of the chocolate and how it effortlessly melts in your mouth is an absolute delight. Having been familiar with Royce chocolate from my stays in Japan, I decided to treat myself when I realized it was available on Amazon. Pricey yes, but oh so worth it. There is no chocolate like this made in the States and for a special occasion or a treat it is amongst the very best chocolates. Because it is fresh and has no preservatives, the chocolate must be kept refrigerated during the transport and after one receives it. The packaging was perfect: packed with a still frozen ice pack inside a styrofoam box, it arrived cold. It was as fresh as though I had bought it in Japan. Thank you. Keep selling it.

My girlfriend and I liked it so much. It is quite expensive, but we think it worth it, although we still hope it can be a little bit cheaper. It tastes smooth and complicated. You can feel complicated layers and enjoy a long time of flavor. When it comes, it is fresh enough since it is stored in icy bag, and we bought it in cold weather.

Very delicious, but the box is really small. I wish there was more chocolate for that high price. The closest thing that tastes like this chocolate is brownie mix.

I found this by searching for "world's best chocolate". It is really good. Worth checking out for a gift or special occasion. I mean chocolate chips out of the bag are 9.9 out of 10, so the difference between average chocolate and great chocolate is only 0.1, but still check it out.

A mess, all melted it's too expensive for the mess we got. It comes in a nice box and tastes good. But it's not worth the price for the terrible product you get

Tastes terrific. The problem is that the chocolate is supposed to be refridgerated and the fresh duration is quite short compared to other chocolates in the market. So the long travel from Japan to US is definitely a big problem, especially in hot weather. Recommend to buy in the winter.

I bought these for my daughters 50th birthday,they are quite expensive but my daughter loves them ,she has a Japanese friend who visits her from Japan and bring these each time .I have tried them they are lovely .But on arrival from Japan she looked at the date on them and they were out of date .But Amazon were very good they refunded straight away .I am sure it was an honest mistake .
