Taste comparison vs Guldens?

I find the Heinz brown mustard to be less spicy, less tangy, but more flavorful than Guldens. They are really two different taste sensations, and I prefer the smoothness ot Heinz to the more pronounced flavor of Guldens, which tends to stand out in whatever you are using it with. Hope this helps.

I do not know what cup sized portions you are referring to. In my opinion this does not taste as good as the other honey mustards I have tried. I will not buy it again.
