Perfect for Bunnies with Sinus Issues
My bunnies have always had sinus issues and sneeze a lot, so dust in hay is a big deal for us. Oxbow’s Orchard Grass Hay works really well because it’s softer and has fewer thick stems and seed heads than timothy hay. That means it doesn’t kick up as much dust, which helps keep their noses from getting irritated. Timothy hay is a bit rougher with more stems and seed heads, and that can make more dust when they eat it. For bunnies with sensitive sinuses, orchard grass is just easier on them. They like the taste too—it’s sweeter and not as strong-smelling. I still give them timothy hay sometimes for variety and because it’s good for their teeth, but orchard grass is the one I reach for when they’ve been sneezing or having sniffles. Both hays are fresh and good quality, and I’ve trusted Oxbow for years. The 15 oz bag lasts a while, which makes it a good deal. If your bunny has sinus troubles, I’d definitely recommend trying orchard grass hay.

Good quality/low allergens/a little expensive
This is good quality orchard hay. Low allergens. And it's not crushed. The only problem is the price. Bulk hay 8-9 pounds generally gets you a better price. At 2.5 pounds 40oz. It's about balanced price for that size.

Fresh and yummy
My rabbits favorite hay, it always arrived fresh and with minimal dust. The size is perfect for my biweekly orders for my rabbit. He’s in my room and I don’t have much storage for a bunch of hay. The hay is crunchy and smells fresh.

Great for guinea pigs!!
We have two guinea pigs and they love this hay. We switched to orchard grass hay because the Timothy hay seemed to be bothering our allergies. No issues since switching and does not have a strong hay smell!!
