I use this when my glucose falls too low. It's tasty and the single serving sizes are convenient to tuck in my purse or car. It's also an easy way to add fruit to my diet. My granddaughters like it, too.

I ate a lot of these a couple of years ago and took a break. Then on Thursday, I chipped a large filling and can’t get a dentist appointment till the following Monday. Ordered these and they arrived the very next day. Well packaged and each 4 pack box is easy to pull open at the top. Sometimes you don’t appreciate the beauty of packaging designs until you get paper cuts from opening boxes. These apple sauce pouches will be my fruit replacement until I get my tooth fixed and they’ll make a convenient snack even after that. I like the flavor and the shelf life. They arrived on 12/4/22 and are good until 9/27/23. The twist cap is super easy to open and they taste great chilled.

A couple of orders of these got me through my first trimester of pregnancy! I attribute my easy experience to having these on hand and consuming as soon as I got hungry. There is about a 60 second window between hunger and nausea, and an apple sauce pouch is so helpful to quickly mitigate.

Great product to take along for a little snack or packed with lunch. No sugar or artificial sweetener, but tastes naturally sweet from apples. Packaging in boxes (4 packs) made it arrive safely with no busted pouches. Portion is more kid sized - it disappears pretty fast, and you do pay more than buying jars of unsweetened applesauce, but have to love the convenience of having these around.

We give these to the students at our school when they forget their snack and there’s never a complaint.
