I would like this product replaced and I don't find a way to contact the seller. I have only used it twice and now it doesn't turn on at all. I don't know how I missed reading about this issue in the previous reviews, but I find it unacceptable that a product can stop working within such a short amount of time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT WILL STOP WORKING. This product was brought in November 2023. It’s now April 2024. I used this product 4 times. It has STOPPED WORKING. There is NO OPTION TO RETURN. I am disappointed and disgusted they are selling a faulty product. Look at all the reviews from users that say the product is faulty. Save your money and try another brand.

The heating plates of the roller is not functioning. I bought this in Dec of 2022. No worth it if there is no guarantee. Very expensive if there is no guarantee.

Only worked a couple of times and then stopped working. Doesn't heat up at all. Very disappointed in the quality of the product.

I had the item for 2-3 weeks, the first day that I got I tested if it’s working and it was working getting up to temperature, the day that my wife needed to use the only thing that was working was the red light and the curlers were stone cold.

Comes with us adapter…. Cannot use it

I love this little unit. It heats up super fast and is much more compact than my old curler set taking up much less space in the drawer and can even be packed in a suitcase for traveling. The design of this is genius the way the curlers stack one above the other with the clasp "clasped" around each curler. Others have complained in their reviews that the curlers don't slide up and out easily. This is a legitimate complaint, but I've noticed that with continued use this gets better. I only need to keep the curlers in for a few seconds, and wa la, great curls. The job is done so quickly. I highly recommend this set.

It doesn’t describe in the details that it’s 120V And it’s illegal to sale 110v in KSA! It should be 220V
