Is this bivolt? Can I use in 220V charge or only 120?

The Power Supply is specified at AC 100-240 V, 50 Hz / 60Hz. So you can use 220V

Can these be used for tv?

Yes for audio with a rca cable .

Is this item a single monitor or a pair of speakers?

They come as a pair and I love them!

Why isn't sound coming from the right speaker? I have them wired together with the included cable as instructed.

Have you verified that the input is good? If yes, then check reviews, I've seen a similar problem was mentioned and fixed by removing the back panel and pushing a loose connection.
