KIWI Shoe Polish, Neutral, 1 Metal Tin, 1.125 oz

I've always loved KIWI brand shoe polish. A great job EVERY time. I purchased this round to get my boots waterproof/resistant before heading out to work in the field. Due to the delivery date, I also order a different brand to get the foundation layers done. (I finished with two coats of spit-shine with the KIWI polish.) The other (cheaper) brand was no where near as good. Though I have a question, why can't I get KIWI shine in the store anymore and why is it so much more expensive from years gone by? No matter, great polish and I'll always use KIWI shoe polish. Protect and shine!

First off, the neutral polish is great for those hard to find colors. It gives the leather a great shine while letting the shoes original color shine through. You are going to need to put in some elbow grease to get the shine. If you don't know how, look up some YouTube videos - it's the pandemic you got nothing better to do anyway, it's also probably why you're on Amazon buying shoe polish in the first place. Spend the time cleaning the show first. Get some brushes and get into the crooks and folds. Wipe of and buff out the oil and mud stains. Don't try to polish over them, it doesn't work. Especially with this neutral color, you'll wind up with a stain protected by a cost of wax that you will need leather cleaner to take out, unless you're an expert enough to turn that again into the start of a professional burnish. If you are give me a call, I got some boots for you to help start your new career. Also, don't just buff them once, spritz some water and shine them babies again. Trust me people will be shielding their eyes from the shine that comes off your shoes when you're done. Finally, to the other reviewer who tried to polish suede, you need to get yourself a suede brush and gently brush out the dried wax. It should come out and give you a nice polished suede look, if that's what you're going for, if not then just clean the suede and brush, without polish.

Seems ridiculously expensive for shoe polish, but was one of the only choices for neutral.

Glad to have found it. Shoe polish is getting hard to find in stores. No body shines shoes anymore. You can always depend on Kiwi.

Old time neutral polish. I used it on a light colored leather, and at first it cleaned, and then later polished. This is the real deal!

Get some while you can. Not making it much longer if at all

Kiwi shoe polish is 'tried and true' the very best shoe polish on the market. Highly recommend !!!

The product quality is of very poor quality, on application to my shoe, it has damaged the color and texture of the leather of my shoe. I feel, I have not only wasted money on the product, it has spoiled 2 of my favorite shoes worth over 10k each. I have already posted for return of the product and refund of my money, but both have not happened so far. Very disappointed with the product and service.

It dries the leather significantly! And you will never get any shine with them. Don’t buy them or you will loose your shoes!
