What material is the pillow made from and how firm is it?

This CPAP Pillow is made from memory foam and is quite firm. If you don't like memory foam in standard pillows, then this pillow won't work for you either!

Will the pillow size fit me? I am a side sleeper

Each pack contains an extra layer of memory foam, so you can adjust the height of the pillow. It works well for side sleepers and also stomach sleepers

What are the washing instructions for the product?

The pillow itself cannot be washed because it is made from memory foam. The pillow case is suitable for machine wash, and we include an extra pillow case as well

Do the pillows have an odor?

Because of the packaging, all pillows will have a bit of odor when they are new. Just air them out for a day and then the odor will disappear!
