Follow the directions! Review: I didn’t expect it to work as well as it did. It worked so well that I will use it again. That is all I have to say. Wanna see a photo? It was originally a white wedding dress and crinoline. It did not wash out when I stuck them in the washing machine. Magic.

Easy to use and does the job well. I used it to dye cleats

This product was simple enough to use, and the color was pretty vibrant, however it is not hot pink. It honestly is more of a deep/dark pink/purple. Also, I used this for a bathing suit, as the package says you can do. I followed the instructions for the material, and it still did not last past one use in the pool. I ended up tossing the bathing suit. This product would be good for a regular article of clothing and for anyone looking for a deep/dark pink/purple.

This is my second dye job and I have more details. Soak items in your sink. Boil a large pot of water at least 2 gallons like tamale cooking pot size. Add white vinegar and dish soap, stir together. Add the dye when it is boiling and stir. Meanwhile soak the items in hot water in your sink, make sure they are saturated. Leave water in. Once boiling, add the dye batch to the items in the sink. With gloves and a large metal spoon, stir items and ensure fabric is equally saturated with color. Keep items in the dye bath at least 30 minutes (less for less color penetration). Remove items from the sink into a plastic bucket or garbage can to transfer to washing machine. Wash on hot, add mild detergent. Dry on hot to ensure color fastness. The only thing I would do differently is buy the color fast for synthetic fabric as it could have made the curtains more pink.
