Are the eggs empty or do they have stuff in them so they make noise?

The eggs are solid. They don't make any noise. Very high quality set.

For hygiene purpose what should we do when second group of people/kids are ready to play? I mean the first group keep the spoon in their mouth.

Instead of holding in their mouth, if you are worried about hygiene, just let them hold spoon in their hand.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer to that. They are made of wood if I don't remember wrong. Not sure of the paint components.
