Blue Plate Light Mayonnaise with Olive Oil is Gluten Free. Ingredients are Water, Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Soybean Oil, Egg Yolks, Modified Food Starch, Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Zanthan Gum, Gelian Gum, Potassium Sorbate and EDTA as Preservatives, Natural Flavor, Beta Carotene, Tocopherols (Vitamin E). It has about half the calories and fat of mayonnaise, and is a good source of OMEGA 3 ALA.

What is the difference between blue plate real mayonnaise and blue plate heavy duty real mayonnaise?

Our larger containers such as our one gallon containers say Heavy Duty due to being heavily used by food service operators; however all of our real mayonnaise sizes are the same mayonnaise. There is no way to answer this question that shall be useful to you.  The date shall vary depending on the batch.  However, relying on it to be comparable to that which you would find on a large grocer's shelf where if is locally sold should be a safe starting point.  Why do I make this assertion? The frequency with which it is temporarily out of stock.  Demand exceeds supply which strongly suggest that what is available is of most recent production.
