Great for 11 year old sensory issues
The design of these is adorable. I bought these for my 11 year old son to use in class due to sensory issues. I also tried them myself. They block out a ton of noise, are really comfortable and can be adjusted to fit both me and my son. I'm 37, 5'8" and 135 lbs. He is 5'2" and 105 lbs. They work well and are sturdy and durable. I bought others from Amazon and paid maybe $5 strictly to get him a pair that looked a little more "cool" to wear around his peers at school. He thinks they're awesome. I would get these if you're looking for muffs for similar issues. They're great.

Help my 3 year old at preschool
My 3 year old was having a hard time adjusting in preschool when his class went from 8 kids to 18 after his school decided to combine two rooms. His behavior changed, seemed sad and was getting noticably frustrated. His biggest complaint to us Preschool was now too loud. We got these for him and they really helped. He decorated them with some stickers and was excited to take them to school. He was comfortable in them and they helped reduce the extra noise stimulation. My biggest complaint is he can't get these on himself. The opening and length fitting is a bit odd but all noise reduction headphones I saw seem to be set up the same.

No complaints from the 3 year old or the 10 year old.
3 kids and 3 pairs of snug headphones later, and i can attest these work just as well and fit just as well for my 2 year old toddlers as they do for my 10 year old. They are very noise dampening, very durable, and very confortable too. My kids never complain about having to wear these like they did with other brands.

Great fit for the littles
I ordered these last year for my oldest grand and now I have the littlest and just got hers in. They fit great and come in super handy when we are at the drag strip to protect their little ears.

Arrived damaged; strong band tension makes it harder for small hands to use
We had already purchased the Muted brand ear protection for our 7 year old son who is sensitive to loud noises. When our daughter started preschool she complained about the noise so we decided to get another pair for her. These Snug earmuffs had such a cute design and since they get tons of good reviews we decided to try them out.The Snug earmuffs arrived in one of those unpadded Amazon plastic bag/envelopes. The earmuffs were out of the box and the box itself was flattened. As another reviewer noted, the letters on the headband were already peeling off, the pleather was scuffed and had a hole in it, and the hard plastic on the earpiece was damaged (see pics). I do not know if this was due to Amazon's packaging or if the product is just poor quality or maybe a little of both.We decided to try these on her to make sure they fit before returning/reordering and discovered that they were noticeably harder to put on than the Muted brand due to the stronger tension in the band. I tried on both pairs and here's a quick comparison:- Both blocked sound about the same (could barely hear music playing at low volume but definitely could still hear the kids yelling).- Muted brand was more comfortable, probably because the lower band tension meant less pressure on the side of my head.I think if the Snug earmuffs had arrived in good condition we probably would have kept them, but since I'm uncertain about quality we decided to return and order a different pair of the Muted earmuffs. Also, the Muted earmuffs come with a storage pouch, which has been nice to have.
