Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, 128GB, Graphite - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

The renewed Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is still an excellent phone in 2026. The 128GB storage gives plenty of space, and the Graphite color looks very premium. Performance is fast, the camera quality is amazing for photos and videos, and the battery life is solid for daily use. Being unlocked is a huge plus because you can use it with almost any carrier. For a renewed device, it offers great value at a lower price than buying brand new. Perfect choice if you want a powerful iPhone without spending too much money.

Two years ago I bought 2 phones from seller Hybrid IT it still work great until now, that is why I came back to Amazon this year to buy 3 more phones from this seller. I’m very satisfied & extremely happy with this iPhone 12 Pro Max. *Care: It was delivered with a screen protector already installed. *Condition: There were no issues with the sound & no cracks or any form of damage, it feels like new. *Battery health: I was surprised & impressive that it came with 100% battery health. *Packaging: It arrived in a generic box, but it was very well-protected & arrived safely. UPDATE: I bought the premium renewed iphone for their one YEAR satisfaction GUARANTEE with free returns and a complete refund for any reason. I bought this in May of 2022 for $900 and returned this in December 2022 However after 3 weeks of waiting I finally got my refund for $794. After hours of being juggled between representatives I was finally told that there is a 100 dollar restocking fee despite no where anywhere was it explained that there would be a restocking fee. Amazon representatives on multiple times lied to me and refused to help resolve the situation the last person I spoke to Danica A in the Philippines claimed over our 40 mintue conversation that she was the head of Amazon worldwide customer service yet also saying that she had a supervisor but refused to connect me to them because they were not equipped to handle customer service issues....do you realize how insane that is she refused to give me any information that would allow me to report her to Amazon corporate office except her first name and last initial which was most likely a lie. I paid an extra 100 dollar (apprx) for the premium renewed plan but no one I spoke to even knew what that was. I cannot emphasize highly enough that you should avoid this at all cost because they will 100% screw you over bewhare do not do this do not buy this I can't emphatically explain to you enough why you need to avoid this. Unfortunately Amazons gotten so big and taken over so much of the market share that no one can compete with their prices so if I want a phone at a reasonable price I have to buy it from them. I've been a loyal customer for years and spent thousands of dollars of my money on them If I could never buy from them again I never would. That is how much they have damaged the customer loyalty bond. Just PLEASE BEWHARE what you risk if you go ahead and purchase something from them lies, deceit, manipulation, terrible service, financial loss, and hours of lost time being juggled between representatives. May 2022 So this is my first experience with Amazon's renewed premium program where you pay between $50-$100 more than the renewed price but for that you get an item whose battery is at least at 90% capacity relative to a new one and instead of a 90 day warranty you get a year warranty and a year to return the item. For less than $100 I thought that was definitely worth it. However the first iPhone 12 pro they sent me had a battery that was at 85% capacity which really pissed me off because I felt cheated so I returned it and purchased it again and I'm glad I did because the 2nd ones battery was at 100% capacity and for all intents and purposes it was a brand new phone at a used price. Granted it's still really expensive it was $900 before tax but I got this to be future proof at least for the next several years. This is my first iPhone before I was all android phones but it seemed like every year I was having to buy another phone because something out of my control always happened but my parents still had their iPhone 8 that they bought new and it was still working perfectly. I haven't had this phone for more than a few days but so far I'm very impressed with it. The facial recognition capabilities are so good. My phone can recognize me when I'm in a dark room whereas my Samsung tablet can't recognize my face without all the lights on. One feature this phone doesn't have that really surprised me was that there is no built in fingerprint scanner and I think that was a mistake on apple's part. The battery is supposed to only last 21 hours but a full charge is lasting me a little over 2 days. The screen is gorgeous is it HDR Dolby Vision and HLG compatible and not even my 4k tv supports all of those so it makes streaming look brilliant. You can see every detail even though the screen is 6.7inches. it seems like everyday I'm finding out a new function that this phone has granted a lot them I'll never use because I don't use my phone that way but it's cool to know that if I wanted to I could if I so choosed. I guess I'll stop my review here because you get the gist and I hate it when people on Amazon beat a dead horse and I don't want to be one of those so Amazon renewed premium is a worthwhile program and the iPhone 12 pro max is an awesome phone that's worth the investment.

My package was received early and I appreciate it. The only issue I have is that the battery is degraded. I kind of figured that might happen because its an older device. That was the only problem. However, the device works perfectly fine. It looks perfect. There were no issues with the sound and there were no cracks or any form of damage. It was well worth the money.

Whenever I buy previously used devices, I wait a bit before leaving a review. But I can't even wait for this one! I am so pleased. I placed my order July 4th and got the phone just 4 days later. They shipped FAST! I ordered RENEWED (not Renewed PREMIUM) and I was second guessing myself while awaiting delivery. I worried about the battery health. I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked and saw that it was at 88% health. That is not bad at all. I am more than glad to have the battery replaced eventually when needed considering I saved hundreds of dollars buying a previously used phone AND also sold my old iPhone 8 Plus on eBay. It's only $89 for Apple to replace the battery which is, to me, a good deal considering how many years they last. I'm not bothering to share any photos of the phone itself because there are plenty of those in other reviews here. The phone is virtually flawless. A few very minor scratches around the edges, but I don't care about that. It's covered by the Otterbox case I have it in. Another note is that it was delivered with a tempered glass screen protector already installed. I replaced it with a new one, but it just goes to show they think of everything. They could have removed it but it was a little extra protection while it was in transit. I've been doing my best (and will continue) to try every single feature of the phone before the warranty is up to make sure I don't have any surprises down the road, but I am confident this is going to be my 'new' baby for the next 3 to 4 years. That's about how long I keep a phone before upgrading. I honestly would have kept my old iPhone 8 Plus if not for the fact that I couldn't get iOS 17 on it and I loved the new features of the operating system upgrade. I also wanted a better camera. The sound quality is excellent. the touch screen is completely responsive and I LOVE the beautiful blue color. I implore you to take a chance on renewed/refurbished devices. I have been buying 'like new' devices for decades now and I am rarely disappointed. Any minor aggravations I've encountered have been generously offset by the money I've saved. I always stay a few models behind the newest to get the most savings. Oh! One more thing. If you Google it, many complain of how long it takes the iPhone 12 models to charge. I had the same complaint initially but I just stopped using my convenient bedside USB hub and started using the Anker 60W PIQ wall charger I keep in my living room. That DRAMATICALLY decreased the time it takes to charge. I bought a super long cord here on Amazon so I can charge from a distance and that's all it took. The Anker 60W PIQ charger (also here on Amazon) is lightning fast compared to standard chargers.

This is the 4th refurbished iPhone I have purchased off Amazon. I have just as much issues with brand new out of the box iPhones, why not spend much less. Although my last purchases gave me pause, some over heated, some glitched immediately and I just “dealt with it”, this one, has been absolutely perfect. I got the gold iPhone 12 max pro (gold was the cheapest at the time). I have to say, I am surprised as to how much I like the color. The screen, phone, camera came in immaculate condition and has worked better than any iPhone I have previously purchased, which is why I am here writing this review. HIGHLY recommend this seller. My shipment was delayed, one day I woke up and the delivery date changed to “unknown.” I reached out to the seller and they responded in less than 12 hours! Happy to say by the time they responded my delivery date has been updated so I felt a bit silly. In addition to this, the fact that the phone came with a bit of a charge already was the “chefs kiss.” I was able to immediately start transferring items and getting it set up. That was a first, and something I didn’t really notice or care about previously but truly enjoyed that they did that.

We had issue with my daughter touched screen malfunction. My daughter and I are very satisfied for their great customer service and insuring a replacement of the phone. I was very speedy returned. I will continue and recommend them to others. The best Amazon seller on here. Very honest and understanding how important the phone meant to my daughter. Thank you and we would order again.

I was worried buying the unlocked version of the phone, but have not had an issue and it's almost been a year already. Love the 12 Pro Max too - such a great phone.

Propre, aspect extérieur pratiquement parfait. Le seul petit bémol est la batterie qui est à 85% , mais c’est selon les normes Amazon renewed donc il faut s’attendre à ça. Livré avec un chargeur et un fil.

Volvería a comprar este producto sin pensarlo. Antes tenía la duda por todo lo que comentaba la gente, pero en realidad fue buena compra. Es la primera vez que compro un producto “Reacondicionado” pero me gustó que sea “Reacondicionado Premium”. La espera fue larga, pero lo había entendido desde que sabía que venía de importancia y el tiempo de espera era de 2 a 4 semanas. Conclusión, vale la pena. Llegó sin detalles, nuevo, con todo funcional y con 99% de batería.
